Festival Internacional Piano Málaga

The Malaga Piano Association was born as the result of a shared passion of its founders for the piano ( Juan Lago, Daniel Abalos and Margarita Dominguez).

The ambition to provide Malaga with a unique musical space, taking advantage of our privileged position as a European cultural capital, led us to give shape to a musical project divided into several areas, with professors of proven international prestige and achieving an impact that in its first edition has brought together young talents from all over the world in our city: Russia, Japan, China, the United States and, of course, Spain, among others. Students, in some cases, with very long careers, attracted by the great potential of our city and by the outstanding faculty that FIPMA has been able to bring together.

This association is made up since 2020 of Daniel Ábalos, Juan Lago and Marian Rosa.
